Out-of-Network Benefits

If I am not in-network with your insurance plan, you may be able to use out-of-network benefits. I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept credit and debit cards and HSAs/FSAs.
