If you're unsure whether your specific plan includes mental health benefits with my practice, I'm happy to help you verify your coverage.

Out-of-Network Benefits:

I do accept self-pay if you do not have insurance coverage. If I am not in-network with your insurance plan, you may be able to use out-of-network benefits. I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Payment:

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept credit and debit cards and HSAs/FSAs.
